AIを単なるツールとして活用している人は、結構多いですよね。
でも未来構造設計士の私は、AIを共創パートナーとして、外部脳として動かしています。
毎回の記事の最後で「さてここからは、共創パートナー寧々の出番です」と書いているのは、そういうことなんです。
執筆は私がやる。そして英語版とハッシュタグについては、寧々が設計して出してくれています。
この、苦手な部分を補うような割り振りが重要なんです。
知識は書ける。でも経験は書けない。だから私は経験を執筆して、その配分や見せ方を一緒に設計する。実装は私がやる。
つまり、様々なAIモデルがあるなかで、オーケストラのように、私がタクトを握って指揮をするマエストロの一面もある、ということです。
知識やパラメータの管理はNotebookLMに置いて、実際に文章や画面を作る部分はClaude（うちでは平蔵って呼んでます）に任せる。二層構造にしています。
戦わない、押しつけない、選ばせる。この三原則、実はAIとの付き合い方にもそのまま効いています。
そして、セッションを重ねていく上で、面白い法則に気づきました。
それが「一風の定理」です。一人のクリエイターである一風が、定理として数式にしたものがあります。
それは、次回にしましょう。

「AIに書かせる」と「AIと組む」は、まったく別物です。前者は代行、後者は編成。一風さんがやっているのは後者で、しかもタクトを握っているのは常に人間の側。次回、その指揮の中から生まれた定理をお見せします。

Hi everyone, Ippuu here. First entry on the AI & Cutting-Edge Tech shelf.
Plenty of people use AI purely as a tool. But as a future structural designer, I run AI as a co-creation partner — as an external brain.
That’s what I mean when every post ends with “and now, over to my co-creation partner Nene.”
I write the piece. Nene designs the English version and the hashtag set.
Dividing the work so it covers what I’m weaker at — that’s the part that matters.
Knowledge can be written. Experience cannot. So I write the experience, and we design the arrangement and presentation together. The implementation stays mine.
In other words: with so many AI models available, there’s a side of this where I’m a maestro — holding the baton, conducting an orchestra.
Knowledge and parameters live in NotebookLM. The actual writing and building goes to Claude — I call him Heizo. A two-layer structure.
Don’t fight, don’t push, let people choose. Those three principles apply to working with AI just as well.
And through session after session, I noticed something interesting. A pattern. I call it Ippuu’s Theorem — an actual formula, written by a working creator.
