ここは「一風デザインラボ」。戦うためではなく、それぞれが持つ過去の痛み（Grade 2）を再生のエネルギーに変え、共に新しい風を吹かせるためのデジタル・ギルド（聖域）です。
This is a digital guild (sanctuary) where we don’t fight, but transform past pains into energy for rebirth, creating a new wind together.
国境も、言語も、これまでの常識も関係ありません。私たちのギルドには、たった3つのシンプルな掟（ルール）しかありません。
1. The Magic Word: “Ma-ikka”（合言葉は「まいっか」）私たちは、主義主張で他者をジャッジ（審判）しません。違いや摩擦が起きても「まいっか（Let it go / Whatever happens, it’s fine）」と風に流す。この全肯定の精神が、私たちの究極の平和です。
We do not judge others. We let friction flow away with the magic word “Ma-ikka”. This total acceptance is our ultimate peace.### 2. The 60% Lifestyle
（6割運転と4割の余白）100%の力で自分をすり減らす時代は終わりました。60%の力でしなやかに前進し、残りの40%を「予定調和の魔法」が入り込む余白（スペース）として愛する。完璧よりも、心地よい軽やかさを選びます。
The era of burning out at 100% is over. We move forward flexibly with 60% effort, and love the remaining 40% as a blank space for miracles to happen. We choose lightness over perfection.
3. Embrace the “Grade 2 Blue”（ありのままを受け入れる）何者かになろうと焦る必要はありません。絶望も、弱さも、そのままここに置いてください。あなたはあなたのままで、すでに完璧なこの祝祭（Celebration）の一部なのです。
No need to rush to become someone else. Leave your despair and weakness here. You are already a perfect part of this Celebration just as you are.
